Handmade leather skirt for Kiki or Monchhichi

Jupe en cuir faite main pour Kiki ou Monchhichi

When making leather pants for Bubbles, it was inevitable that I would make a leather skirt for Diana. And yes one does not go without the other, and I like when their outfits are matched.

En faisant un pantalon en cuir pour Bubbles, il était inévitable que je fasse une jupe en cuir pour Diana. Et oui l'un ne va pas sans l'autre, et j'aime quand leurs tenues sont assorties.

Okay, let's put off the sweater  I presented to you recently to release the famous skirt. So an elasticated belt because it allows the garment to stay in place, and seams to give the illusion that there are pockets.

Bon on remonte le tricot que je vous ai présenté dernièrement pour dégager la fameuse jupe. Alors une ceinture élastiquée car ça permet au vêtement de rester en place, et des coutures pour donner l'illusion qu'il y a des poches.

A quarter turn to show the side of the skirt: as for Bubbles two seams to define a band, and in the center I drilled holes so as to pass a lace ... the famous rocker side that I wanted to give to Bubbles pants.

Un quart de tour pour montrer le côté de la jupe : comme pour Bubbles deux coutures pour délimiter une bande, et au centre j'ai percé des trous de façons à y passer un lacet... la fameux côté rocker que j'avais voulu donner au pantalon de Bubbles.

And then at the back there is the seam. This little skirt is super nice and when my doves come out to go dancing, they will look great. As with Bubbles, I will have to find an idea to make a suitable top, but in any case, I gave a second life to my friend's leather jacket which was going to be thrown away.

Et puis à l'arrière se trouve la couture. Cette petite jupe est super sympa et quand mes tourteraux sortiront pour aller danser, ils auront fière allure. Comme pour Bubbles il faudra que je trouve une idée pour faire un haut adapté, mais quoi qu'il en soit, j'ai donné une seconde vie à la veste en cuir de mon ami qui allait être jetée.
